Return & Exchange

 We understand sometimes you may have purchased an outfit which may not be what you’re looking for. As much as possible, we would like to make our return and exchange as fuss-free as possible for you.

Please note that Amanda Lee Online Pte. Ltd. currently allows return or exchange of purchase for standard domestic orders only. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to provide any return or exchange services for:

  1. International purchases
  2. Sale purchases

 

For any exchange or refund of purchase, please follow the simple steps here:

1.  Email us at amandaleeonline@gmail.com with the following details within 7 days from the date your purchase is dispatched:

For refund:

  • Email subject: [ORDER NO.] REQUEST FOR REFUND
  • Your name
  • Contact number
  • Reason for refund

For exchange:

  • Email subject: [ORDER NO.] REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE
  • Your name
  • Contact number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Size to exchange to

 

2.  Download the "Return and Exchange form" attached HERE. Fill up the form and attach it to your original package. 

 

3. A courier will be sent to your provided address for collection of your refund/ exchange purchase. 

* Please note that an additional charge of SGD $20 is applicable for each trip if our courier fails to reach you the first time. In order to prevent any additional charge on your side, please ensure that both your "Return and Exchange form" and your intended refund or exchange is available for collection when our courier makes the first trip.

     

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    ALO’s products have undergone several quality controls, and we do our very best to provide you with products in excellent condition. Therefore, defective/ damaged items upon received is an extremely rare case, hence we only allow an exchange for a different size under the same design/ colour. 

    In any cases, an exchange is only allowed once on each item.

     

    Things to note for any return or exchange of purchase:

    Our policy lasts 7 days from the date your purchase is dispatched for delivery. If we do not hear from you within 7 days from the date your purchase is dispatched, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    After getting in touch with us within 7 days from the date your purchase is dispatched, your return/ exchange item must reach us within the next 7 days.

    Any item that is returned more than 14 days after it is being dispatched will NOT be eligible for any refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging, with all tags attached  

    We will not accept returns or exchanges for any items without the original tags, or returned items that are damaged, soiled, worn, or washed. 

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only receive partial or no refund.

     

    Refunds or exchange (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

    If your return purchase is approved:

    • For refund: the amount of your purchase will be credited back to the account that you opted for, within the next 14 working days.
    • For exchange: your exchanged order will be processed and dispatched to you via our assigned courier within the next 14 days.

     

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund after 14 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

       

    Please note that the decision for any refund or exchange of product made by Amanda Lee Online Pte. Ltd. is final. Amanda Lee Online Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or cancel any terms and conditions at any point.
